Job summary

Qualifications
Master's degree required in a human service-related field.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care is essential.
Three years of prior supervisory experience needed.
Three years of prior clinical experience required.
Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Background checks (DMV, DCF, CORI) must be approved.
Responsibilities
Provide supervision to assigned case managers.
Coordinate services for assigned clients through case managers.
Monitor individual treatment plans and compliance with regulations.
Facilitate weekly team meetings.
Develop policies and procedures.
Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
