Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) is seeking a full-time Master’s level In-Home Therapy Clinician to work with families in the Springfield area. Responsibilities include providing clinical services, maintaining client records, and participating in treatment planning. Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree and be eligible for LICSW, LMHC, or another clinical license. This role requires familiarity with trauma-informed care, as well as the ability to conduct individual, family, and group therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in relevant field.
• Eligible for LICSW, LMHC, or other clinical license.
• Experience with trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to assigned client caseload.
• Maintain client records and produce documentation for billing.
• Participate in treatment planning with families.
