Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families in Malden, MA, is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Foster Care Services department. You will supervise case managers, coordinate services to meet client needs, and ensure case files and reports comply with EEC regulations.

The role includes leading weekly team meetings, developing policies and procedures, and providing after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service-related field.
• Familiar with trauma-informed care.
• Three years' prior supervisory experience, and three years' prior clinical experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Approved DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned case managers and coordinate services to meet client needs.
• Monitor treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and contribute to policy and procedure development.
• Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Program Supervisor in our Malden Foster Care Services department. Primary responsibilities include providing supervision to assigned case managers and coordinating all services to meet the on-going needs of assigned clients through case managers. This individual will monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations. Other duties include facilitating weekly team meetings and developing policies and procedures and providing after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
