• 1 year experience working directly with children and families.
• Experience in case management preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and supportive services for foster families.
• Conduct home studies for prospective foster families.
• Provide case management for children in foster homes.
• Assist in coordinating placement services for referred children.
• Conduct home visits and maintain contact with foster families.
• Complete home studies per regulations and policies.
• Maintain contact with children assigned for case management.
• Identify foster homes and communicate with placing agencies.
• Serve as a liaison between foster parents and agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality related to foster care services.
• Assist with foster parent recruitment and retention.
