Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and document information from caseworkers, families, schools, and providers to plan family time visits.
• Attend court hearings and help create initial family time plans.
• Review and adjust family time agreements and connect families with community resources.
• Supervise family time visits in office or community settings; ensure safety and well‑being.
• Assist with transporting children to visits and appointments.
• Collaborate with caseworkers to identify needed services and support plans.
