Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field required.
• Experience with children and knowledge of child welfare system.
• Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates safe, supervised visits for children and families.
• Transports children to and from visits.
• Ensures emotional and physical safety during visits.
• Encourages bonding between parents and children.
• Builds trusting relationships through regular meetings.
• Provides coaching in parenting and life skills.
• Connects clients with supportive services.
• Documents services and required reports.
• Attends supervision meetings to ensure client safety.
• Maintains a minimum of 12 billable service hours weekly.
