You'll need a Master’s in counseling, social work, or related field and DORA licensure (LPCC/MFTC/SWC/NLC); supervision toward licensure is provided, and in-home/community-based therapy is common. The team values flexible scheduling and ongoing training for accessible services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• DORA registration (LPCC/MFTC/SWC/NLC) required to provide therapy.
• Experience in family-based or community-based therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TF-CBT and trauma-informed treatments in home and community settings.
• Keep children with their families when safety concerns are identified.
• Collaborate with families to set and achieve treatment goals.
