Defining Wellness Centers in Brandon and Ridgeland, MS seeks a Full Time Family Therapist to deliver individual, family, and group therapy in residential and PHP settings.

The role addresses co-occurring disorders with trauma-informed care, requiring a Master’s in counseling or social work and Mississippi licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT). EMDR/CPT/PE certifications are preferred, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active Mississippi license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Experience providing evidence-based family therapy.
• Familiarity with ASAM criteria and individualized treatment planning.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate therapeutic programming within a full continuum of care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and relapse prevention plans.
