Job summary

Defining Wellness Centers in Brandon, MS is seeking a PRN Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide trauma‑informed individual, family, and group therapy within a structured residential and PHP environment.

Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, maintaining EMR documentation, and supporting clients with coping strategies and relapse prevention in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field.
• Active Mississippi license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience providing evidence-based family therapy preferred.
• Certification in EMDR, CPT and/or PE preferred.
• Experience working with first responders and veterans highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with ASAM criteria and individualized treatment planning.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate therapeutic programming within a full continuum of care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and relapse prevention plans.
