Job summary

Family Focus is seeking a Clinical Therapist to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavioral health services to children, youth, adults, and families across settings in the Chicago area.

This full-time role reports to the Center Director and collaborates with Case Managers, outreach workers, and partners to strengthen family resilience while ensuring HIPAA and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Illinois professional licensure or clinical credential.
• 2+ years of behavioral health/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, caregiver, and group therapy.
• Conduct clinical and safety assessments; develop personalized goals.
• Deliver trauma-informed behavioral health services in varied settings.
• Provide crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and care coordination.
