Gulf Coast JFCS is seeking a dedicated professional to provide intensive case management for families, including crisis intervention and trauma-informed support. You will work directly with parents, caregivers, and children to stabilize placements, document progress, and connect families to essential services. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with on-site duties in Florida.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma plus four years of human services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred.
• CAP or similar cert may substitute for one year of experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to continuing education each year.
• Knowledge of human development and practices.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and remain neutral.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intensive case management to parents, caregivers, and children to stabilize placements.
• Deliver crisis intervention to stabilize families and ensure child safety.
• Model and educate trauma-informed approaches for parents/caregivers.
• Offer information and referrals for community services as needed.
• Document intake and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Support families in processing trauma and coping strategies.
• Assess discharge goals and connect families to wraparound services.
• Attend meetings as an advocate for parents/caregivers.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed; perform other duties.
