Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Parent Partner to support families in Bismarck, ND. The role focuses on providing trauma-informed, peer support to caregivers of youth receiving services and advocating for their needs.

This position offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with an hourly pay range of $20-$22. The successful candidate will engage families, connect them to necessary resources, and facilitate their involvement in the treatment process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience as a caregiver of a child with emotional or mental health challenges.
• Experience with Children's Mental Health systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed support to families and youth.
• Connect families to resources and advocate for their needs.
• Attend meetings to support families and the treatment process.
