Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is looking for a dedicated School Case Manager to join our Nexus-PATH team in Devil's Lake, ND. This full-time position focuses on supporting students and their caregivers, enhancing access to critical services for resilience and growth.

As part of a national mental health organization, you will be instrumental in providing case management services, emphasizing trauma-informed care, while collaborating with local schools to ensure all students receive the help they need.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience serving children and families.
• Current North Dakota social work licensure preferred.
• Must successfully pass a FBI background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive coordination of tasks for treatment.
• Establish service parameters based on child’s needs.
• Implement treatment services for children and families.
• Advocate for funding and resources to support families.
• Develop and maintain community contacts for collaboration.
