Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking an Early Childhood Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the Early Education Center in Cincinnati. You will supervise Lead and Assistant Teachers, support classroom quality, and partner with families to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care that complies with Ohio licensing and SUTQ standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related field, or CP Level 3 verification.
• Minimum four years of experience working with children and families.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse families.
• Experience supervising staff, mentoring, or leading projects preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood programming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and programming of the Early Education Center.
• Develop and implement daily program schedules and activities.
• Provide classroom coverage to maintain ratios and smooth operation.
• Conduct program observations to ensure responsive practices.
• Promote trauma-informed and relationship-based practices for social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers to strengthen children’s development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Coordinate referrals and connect families with resources.
• Maintain compliance with Ohio licensing and SUTQ standards.
• Provide weekly supervision to Lead and Assistant Teachers.
• Support enrollment, intake, and transitions.
• Assist with program reporting and outreach.
• Collaborate with community partners.
