Responsibilities

• Conduct team-based well-child visits with families and pediatric staff.
• Provide consultations on developmental and behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate with Healthy Steps to implement core program components.
• Document activity in electronic medical records and coordinate referrals.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
