The role requires experience in delivering training, developing curricula, and evaluating training effectiveness, with potential evening or weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in delivering training or education courses, services, individual or group activities using various materials and equipment.
• Six months' experience in preparing and maintaining training or education records and reports.
• Six months' experience in researching, selecting and designing courses, curricula, lesson plans, instructional methods, materials, or activities.
• Six months' experience in creating methods and tools to analyze and evaluate training or education needs and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and delivers a variety of training and/or education courses, services, and activities.
• Organizes and prepares materials and equipment for trainings or events.
• Researches and selects delivery methods and materials to promote learning.
• Coaches others and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Collects and analyzes data to evaluate training quality and needs.
