Job summary

Sarah’s Circle in Chicago seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinically oriented programs across our housing and daytime services.

You will supervise the Client Resource Manager and staff, provide trauma‑informed supervision, develop training, ensure quality care, and collaborate with the Sr. Director of Program Services to align services with our mission of ending homelessness for women.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work is required.
• Active Illinois LCSW licensure required.
• 8+ years of progressive social work experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with homelessness/women populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to interns and staff.
• Advise housing case managers with trauma-informed practices.
• Lead program development and evaluation.
• Coordinate client services across programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
