Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health seeks a Crisis Response Specialist I to perform crisis intervention and evaluation services for youth, adults and families. Under supervision, you’ll conduct telephone and in-person assessments, develop safety plans, and coordinate with courts and community partners.

This is a 24/7 operational role requiring travel in the community. Qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and credentials such as LAAC/LMHCA/LICSWA/LMFTA with DOH active, plus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Credentials required: LAAC/LMHCA/LICSWA/LMFTA and DOH active within 6 months of hire.
• Within 6 months of hire obtain Designated Crisis Responder designation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone assessments and triage referrals.
• Respond to crisis situations and perform face-to-face assessments.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients and support networks.
• Maintain confidential documentation and client records.
• Travel to community sites as required.
