Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems desired.

Responsibilities

  • Residential Support: Welcome residents, guide intake, uphold trauma‑informed care, provide referrals and enforce safety guidelines.
  • Crisis Line: Respond to 24‑hour crisis line calls, assist with safety planning, provide emotional support, and document interactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate case notes, timesheets, and documentation in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Facility Support: Maintain a clean, safe environment and report security or maintenance issues to supervisor.
  • Additional Duties: Attend trainings, participate in committees, and adhere to policies.
