Qualifications
Proven experience using Microsoft Office programs for at least three years.
A minimum of 2 years of direct care in a behavioral health and/or medical setting.
Knowledge of trauma‑informed care and de‑escalation skills.
Responsibilities
Model and teach skills for positive relationships and conflict negotiation.
Provide a calming presence to support families and youth in crisis.
Ensure safety drills are documented per regulation.
Lead maintenance and cleanliness of the physical plant.
Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies safely.
Assist with transportation to/from CBHC and CCS site.
Skills
