Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• One or more years of experience in a trauma-informed setting.
• Ability to assess, deescalate, and communicate with participants in crisis.
• Knowledge of virtual contact applications and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed support and advocacy through multiple communication channels.
• Assess participants to determine needed services and provide necessary referrals.
• Collaborate with referral partners and maintain professional relationships.
• Document critical incidents and assist walk-in participants as needed.
