Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters Degree is required.
• Certification in creative arts therapies is required.
• Experience with psychiatric patients in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience in group therapy is required.
• CTRS/MT-BC/RDT/R-DMT/LPC certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of behavioral health and patient care practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 1 year of progressive behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others' activities with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed group therapy and psycho-education.
• Lead various skills-building and expressive therapy groups.
• Provide opportunities for patients to learn healthy skills.
• Collaborate with treatment team to apply clinical philosophy.
