Montech Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support / Intake Worker to support the U.S. Department of the Interior's DOI-BIA division.

The role acts as the program's front door, receiving reports of suspected child abuse or neglect and documenting intake information for timely screening and cross-reporting. On-site at the Red Lake Agency in Minnesota, you will maintain secure records, track deadlines, and provide front-office support while ensuring trauma-informed, confidential service for

Qualificações

• Associate degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, human services, criminal justice, or another behavioral or social science from an accredited or pre-accredited institution.
• At least one year in a human services program, CPS intake, a crisis line, or comparable work receiving sensitive reports. Experience with a case-management system and confidential records is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and document reports of suspected child abuse or neglect; gather information for federal screening and priority decisions.
• Prepare timely law-enforcement cross-reports and maintain complete, accurate case files and program data.
• Track deadlines; support backlog reporting; provide front-desk and main-line coverage with confidentiality.
• Answer the main line, greet visitors, route calls, and protect confidentiality at the front desk.
• Enter data in FASS-CMS Cloud and perform data quality checks; monitor 30-, 90-day deadlines and court hearings.
