Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc. is seeking a Community Therapist to maintain a caseload of state custody Level 3 children and focus on successful placement by addressing the client and family needs.

You will provide individual and family therapy, participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation, all within a trauma-informed, hope-centered framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; licensure track or license eligible; supervision provided.
• One year of experience with children who have developmental/intellectual and/or physical disabilities or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, clinical diagnoses and interventions for mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload of Level 3 children in state custody.
• Provide individual and family therapy to clients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and crisis intervention consultation.
