Job summary

Omni Family of Services Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy, and to contribute to annual clinical assessments and crisis intervention planning.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, have CPI de-escalation training, a valid driver’s license, and experience with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work required.
• Experience with children with developmental and/or intellectual and/or physical disabilities.
• Good understanding of clinical diagnoses and mental health interventions.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• CPI certification and universal precautions required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and annual clinical/psychosocial assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention consultation.
• Support trauma-informed, evidence-based care across foster care, adoption and outpatient behavioral health.
