Job summary

Emergence Health Network in El Paso, TX seeks a Development Marketing Specialist to support clinical program growth through market research, meetings, and compelling presentations that generate referrals for EHN services.

You will visit physicians, track referrals, plan events, and promote EHN offerings at community venues while building professional relationships with providers and funders. A Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications and 3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication or closely related major; 3 years in sales/marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed services and healthcare marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate market research and planning to support clinical programs.
• Prepare and customize marketing materials and presentations for referral sources.
• Visit local physicians to promote EHN services for referrals and collect feedback.
• Prepare weekly activity reports tracking visits, meetings, and referrals.
• Plan promotional events and outreach efforts in the community.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive developments.
• Help promote EHN services on social media and at community events.
• Recommend product/service changes based on results and market intelligence.
