Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Director with patient-centered outreach.
• Maintain inventory of patient and marketing gifts; reorder as needed.
• Order marketing items and gifts through vendor channels.
• Coordinate local events with the Marketing Director.
• Assist with volunteer sign-up and scheduling.
• Arrange delivery of marketing items and store/hospital drop offs.
• Use resources efficiently for scheduling, gift orders, and staffing.
• Provide support to the Marketing Department, including leadership.
• Maintain clear communication with the Marketing Director.
• Take the lead at events or fill in for the Marketing Director.
• Work inside the ER occasionally.
• Create and decorate tablescapes.
• Maintain dates and plan new events.
• Oversee social media posts.
