Services are delivered in real-world settings—homes, schools, and community locations—to foster skill-building and functioning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, ABA, or related field with a clinical practicum completed.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license required (LBS, LSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally (100% travel for community-based services)

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals
• Deliver services in home, school, and community environments
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in care
