Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma in Milton, PA. This is a full-time, in-person role delivering services in homes, schools, and community locations.

The position requires a master’s degree in a related field, Pennsylvania licensure (LBS/LPC/LCSW/LMFT), and at least one year of direct mental health experience with youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis or closely related field with a completed clinical practicum.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license required (LBS, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Minimum one year of direct mental health service experience working with children and adolescents.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services).

• Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community environments.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-Time (In-person, Community-Based)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

Pay: $34.00 -$42.00 for Independent Licensed BC (LBS, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Compensation is based on education, licensure status, relevant experience, and internal pay grade guidelines.

Position Summary

The Consultant provides assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in community-based environments. This role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care that supports emotional and behavioral development.

Candidates Must Meet One Of The Following

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a closely related field with a completed clinical practicum
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license required (LBS, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum one year of direct mental health service experience working with children and adolescents
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services)

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma
• Background in IBHS, BHRS, Mobile Therapy, Behavioral Consulting, or family-based services
• Experience providing services in home, school, and community settings
• Strong collaboration with schools, counties, CYS, probation, and community partners
• Experience conducting behavioral and clinical assessments

Work Location

This is an in-person, community-based, school-based and client home setting position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be able willing to travel within the assigned area.
