Endeavors is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide mental health services at our Endeavors Workforce Wellness Program Office in Chula Vista, CA. The role requires a Master’s degree and California licensure, with opportunities to deliver trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatments.

You will work with diverse populations, complete assessments, and ensure timely documentation in the EHR, while maintaining direct client service time and participating in MDTs and trainings.

Formación

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of counseling experience; graduate internship accepted.
• Must hold current California license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Responsabilidades

• Provide a range of mental health services for individuals and groups.
• Perform risk assessments, risk mitigation and monitoring.
• Complete mental health assessments, treatment planning, and ensure proper clinical documentation in EHR.
