CORA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the main office in San Mateo, CA. This part-time role (30 hours/week) reports to the Manager of Mental Health Services and requires 60% onsite work with some flexibility for remote work.

The candidate will supervise clinicians, interns, and volunteers, ensure quality care, and participate in program development. Clinical trauma-informed expertise and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years management and 2 years clinical experience post-license in a non-profit setting.
• Must be qualified by the state to supervise licensed eligible staff.
• Strong understanding of domestic violence, trauma-focused interventions, and trauma-informed practices.
• California licensure as an MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist is required. A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred: read, write, and speak in both languages.
• Trained in trauma-informed CBT, Sand Play and/or Play Therapy, or trauma-informed practices.

Aufgaben

• Conduct weekly supervision of staff clinicians, graduate interns, and program coordinators as assigned by the BBS or licensure boards.
• Direct QA/QI, clinical documentation, chart compliance, and corrective-action and follow-through.
• Review and approve case assessments, timesheets, notes, and collaborate on treatment planning with staff, volunteers, interns, and trainees.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff/interns/volunteers to support program services within the department.
• Ensure completion of annual staff evaluations and develop performance plans for direct reports.
• Provide direct client services weekly (10-15% of total work time).
• Participate in design and implementation of new programming with managers for workflow efficiency.
• Lead designated projects with program evaluation and documentation with the manager.
• Oversee timely data entry and records management to support programs.
