CORA is seeking a Case Manager in San Mateo, CA to provide trauma-informed case management for families affected by domestic violence. The role supports both adults and children 0-17 and involves intake, assessments, safety planning, and referrals.

The position is full-time hourly with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 9-5, and a minimum 60% onsite presence. DOJ Live Scan clearance and 40-hour training are required upon hire.

Formación

• At least 2 years of direct client service experience in case management for families.
• Experience completing intakes, screenings, safety assessments and referrals.
• Proficient in writing case notes/reports; MS Office; client database experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct case management intakes, screenings and crisis management for survivors of domestic violence.
• Meet clients referred by CORA clinicians to develop a case management plan.
• Provide trauma-informed support including safety planning and coping skills coaching.
• Coordinate referrals internally and externally to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Link clients to local resources and follow up on referral progress.
