CORA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the CORA Main Office in San Mateo, CA. This part-time role (30 hours/week) reports to the Manager of Mental Health Services and requires skilled clinical supervision, trauma-informed care, and leadership to ensure program quality.

The incumbent will oversee staff, participate in program design, and contribute to data management while maintaining compliance with licensing standards. A minimum 60% onsite presence is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of management and 2 years clinical experience in non-profit or social service.
• Qualified by the state to supervise licensed eligible staff.
• Strong understanding of domestic violence and trauma-informed practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; read, write and speak both languages.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians weekly.
• Direct QA/QI, clinical documentation, chart compliance, and treatment planning.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure program success.
• Ensure annual staff evaluations and performance plans.
• Provide direct client services 10–15% of total time.
