Institute for Community Living Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the Staying OnTrack program in Brooklyn.

The role ensures high-quality services, supports administrative processes, and provides clinical supervision to staff in a peer-led, trauma-informed setting designed to bridge discharge and outpatient care. The Staying OnTrack program delivers flexible, lower-intensity support, including psychiatric assessments, care coordination, counseling, peer support, and skills coaching.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY with active licensure.
• 1+ year of clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Part 599 regulations for NYS OMH licensed clinics.
• Experience with justice-involved individuals is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations including intake, service planning, clinical interventions, and discharge planning.
• Provide direct individual and group clinical supervision to program staff.
• Deliver trainings on co-occurring disorders and motivational interviewing.
• Model recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care.
• Ensure evidence-based practices for youth and adults with behavioral health needs involved in the justice system.
• Promote integration of risk-need-responsivity and risk management into clinical operations.
• Participate in quality assurance, chart reviews, and crisis management.
• Assist with staff interviews and selection; provide direct services as needed.
