Job summary

East Bay Agency for Children (EBAC) seeks an LCSW or LMFT Clinical Supervisor to lead EPIC Early Childhood Services in Oakland. You will provide robust clinical supervision, guide staff, and collaborate with schools and community partners to strengthen care continuity and outcomes.

The role emphasizes equity, trauma-informed practice, and program development across multi-site settings within Alameda County. A valid driver’s license and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LMFT license with a minimum of two years post-licensure experience.
• Experience supervising pre-licensed interns or associates in child and family therapy within a community mental health setting.
• Proven experience with clinical chart auditing, QA monitoring, and compliance.
• Strong ability to navigate EHR platforms and web-based systems for documentation and records.
• Exceptional supervisory and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed clinical and administrative supervision to interns, associates, and licensed clinicians.
• Conduct individual and group supervision in-person and/or virtual.
• Co-create professional development goals and conduct evaluations.
• Support staff to meet service delivery and caseload expectations with ongoing feedback.
• Identify training needs and provide training as required.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitor supervisees' schedules and inform Program Director of issues.
