Qualifications

• Strong supervisory, administrative, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma‑informed clinical and administrative supervision to interns, associates, and licensed clinicians.
• Offer individual and group supervision in person and/or virtually.
• Assist with professional development goals and periodic evaluations.
• Support staff in meeting service delivery and caseload expectations with ongoing feedback.
• Coordinate with school partners and community organizations to strengthen referrals and collaboration.
