East Bay Agency for Children (EBAC) seeks a Clinician for the EPIC Early Childhood Program in Oakland, CA. The role delivers trauma-informed counseling to youth and families across school, home, and community settings, with a focus on resilience and recovery.

Base pay ranges from $72,000 to $82,240 annually, with higher compensation for years of experience and bilingual Spanish pay. Strong clinical documentation and collaboration with partners are essential in this dynamic program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social work, Psychology or related field.
• CA Licensed or license eligible or licensed in CA; registration processes considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive care for youth and families, including individual and family therapy, group therapy, case management, and collateral work.
• Work in a school setting to support youth to thrive and overcome trauma impacts.
• Engage families and youth in the community or home settings to meet needs.
• Provide risk assessments and crisis consultation as needed.
• Create and maintain high quality clinical documents meeting county and agency standards.
• Participate in supervision and training opportunities.
• Communicate with families, school and community partners and program leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
