Job summary

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) seeks an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCPC or LCSW-C) to lead clinical operations within a 365-day juvenile detention setting in Maryland. The role includes supervision, case consultation, program oversight, and direct clinical support for youth with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, MFT, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland clinical license in good standing: LCPC or LCSW-C.
• Maryland Board-approved Clinical Supervisor.
• Minimum of three (3) years post-licensure clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to licensed behavioral health professionals in a juvenile detention setting.
• Conduct individual and group supervision per Maryland Board requirements and agency standards.
• Provide case consultation and support clinicians with complex clinical decisions.
• Coordinate and maintain supervision schedules for assigned clinicians.
• Monitor clinician productivity and ensure contract deliverables are met.
