Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCPC or LCSW‑C) to lead clinical practice within a 365‑day juvenile detention facility serving youth under DJS. The role provides supervision, clinical support, and program oversight to behavioral health staff, ensuring high‑quality care, compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and active Maryland licensure.
• Maryland clinical license (LCPC or LCSW‑C) in good standing.
• Board-approved clinical supervisor with 3+ years post‑licensure experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to licensed clinicians in a juvenile detention setting.
• Conduct individual and group supervision per Maryland Board requirements and agency standards.
• Provide case consultation and support clinicians with complex clinical decisions.
• Guide clinicians in evidence‑based, trauma‑informed care and treatment planning.
• Coordinate supervision schedules and ensure staff coverage for shifts.
• Coordinate psychiatric clinic involvement and participate in rotating after‑hours on‑call.
• Monitor productivity and ensure contract deliverables for assessments and therapy.
