Job summary

Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to provide direct supervision, oversight, and clinical guidance across multiple sites within San Diego County. You will oversee supervisees, support recruitment and training, and ensure quality documentation and compliance with regulations.

The role requires an MSW and California licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), with travel between sites and a valid CA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice social work in California (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• MSW required with supervisory experience.
• Travel between sites required; valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision (individual and triadic) to ACSWs and AMFTs.
• Support recruiting, selection, hiring, onboarding, and training of associate therapists.
• Provide at least 1 hour of individual supervision per month per supervisee.
