Job summary

Harbor in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations, oversee treatment, supervise teams, and provide direct client care to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field, prior management or clinical supervision experience, and Ohio licensure within the specified timeframe. The position is full-time with flexible hours including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field required.
• Management or clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Must obtain Ohio independent licensure (LISW/LPCC) within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to promote a positive culture across the team.
• Supervise, evaluate, and assist staff to achieve service goals and quality care.
• Coordinate with Clinical Managers and Coordinators to ensure coverage and crisis support.
• Manage personnel actions, hiring, discipline, and budget adherence.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for accreditation and audits.
