Job summary

Safe Alliance is seeking a SRC Client Care Specialist to provide trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child maltreatment. You will perform intake, assessment, case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals, coordinating care with community partners.

You will welcome clients, screen referrals, maintain confidential records, and support administrative tasks while upholding agency policy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience working with victims or in human services recommended.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment, case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, court education, information, and referrals.
• Ensure coordinated client care with community partners.
• Answer calls and process referrals to screen and direct callers/referred clients.
• Greet walk-in clients and conduct brief screening to provide information and direct clients appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming reception area and victim waiting room.
• Maintain confidential, accurate client and program records in agency databases.
