Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, paid or voluntary.
• Full UK driving licence and your own car.
• Patience, empathy and emotional resilience.
• Flexible approach, including nights, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Clear Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for their voice and ensure they feel heard.
