Acres of Diamonds in Duvall, WA is seeking a part-time Children’s Services Coordinator to lead engaging programs for toddlers through school-aged children. You will supervise volunteers, ensure safety, and collaborate with the Director of Children’s Services to align activities with program goals.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, relationship-building with residents, and flexible scheduling; requires driving, occasional evenings, and a heart for compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working directly with children, including a classroom or group setting.
• Valid Washington state driver’s license and ability to travel to offsite meetings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging programming for toddlers to school-aged children, aligning with program goals.
• Lead program nights, interact with children, facilitate activities, and maintain a safe environment.
• Oversee and support volunteers, ensuring engagement, safety, and trauma-informed programming.
• Develop plans to expand kids' activities to meet holistic needs of Acres children.
• Onboard volunteers and build positive long-term relationships for program nights.
