Job summary

The clinician will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, provide evidence-based therapies, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams across the Healing Tree network. The position emphasizes growth, supervision, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Two (2) years of direct clinical experience preferred in a health or mental health setting.
• Florida licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Develops biopsychosocial assessments and clinical impressions tailored to patients and families.
• Performs differential diagnosis using DSM criteria.
• Diagnoses psychosocial functioning and impairment for patient/family.
• Creates outcome-focused treatment plans with patient, family and healthcare team.
• Establishes working relationships to engage, collaborate, advocate and problem-solve.
• Uses therapies including crisis intervention, solution-focused therapy, individual, family and group psychotherapy, grief counseling, play therapy, EMDR, CBT and mental status exams.
