Job summary

Compass Health in Monroe, WA seeks a Child & Family Therapist to join the Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) team. The role provides in-home, school, and community-based therapy for Medicaid-eligible youth up to age 21, with a focus on trauma-informed care and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science field.
• Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) under WAC.
• Preferred: CMHS educational criteria.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• WA Driver's License, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• If not licensed, submit Agencies Affiliated Counselor application.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical therapy to youth and families.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support youth in the least restrictive environment.
• Deliver services across multiple settings: in-home, school, office, and community.
• Participate in rotating after-hours crisis/emergency response.
• Receive training in intensive intervention models for professional growth.
