Job summary

Compass Health in Everett seeks a Child & Family Therapist to join the Children's Intensive Services (WISe) Mint Team. Provide therapy across home, school, community, and office settings and collaborate with families to create strength-based plans.

You will deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care and participate in rotating after-hours crisis response while receiving WISe training and supervision.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field.
• Meets Mental Health Professional (MHP) criteria per WAC.
• Preferred: Meets qualifications for Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS).
• WA State Driver's License, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application if not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy services across home, school, community, and office settings.
• Partner with families and youth to co-create strength-based treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours crisis response schedule.
• Receive training in WISe and intensive mental health interventions.
