Qualifications

• 2 years experience working with children in some capacity.
• Training in CPR, First Aid, Mandated Reporter, and related areas required.
• Understanding of child development and behavioral guidance methods.

Responsibilities

• Integrate trauma-informed practices into work with clients.
• Oversee functioning and safety of the Children's Center.
• Encourage literacy development through active engagement with children.
