Job summary

Morning Star Boys Ranch in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Case Manager for its residential BRS program. The role coordinates care, supports intake and discharge planning, and collaborates with youth, families, social workers, and providers to implement safety and treatment plans.

The position requires a trauma-informed, strength-based approach with regular direct client interaction and strong coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services or related field or a Bachelor’s with 2+ years of youth services experience.
• Two years of documented experience with children/youth in relevant settings.
• Associate’s degree + three years of experience in similar settings.
• High school diploma + four years of experience in similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services for clients in the residential BRS program.
• Support pre-intake, intake, discharge planning and ongoing services.
• Develop and implement individualized safety and treatment plans.
• Lead monthly Child and Family Team Meetings (CFTMs).
• Maintain confidential case records and document client interactions.
• Adhere to WA licensing and reporting requirements; provide reports to state agencies.
