Job summary

Morning Star in Spokane, WA is seeking a Case Manager to support children in our Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) program. This full-time role involves coordinating care, intake planning, and ongoing services for youth with a trauma-informed approach.

You will collaborate with youth, families, social workers, and providers to develop safety and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with Washington State reporting requirements. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in social services or closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of documented experience with children/youth in social services or related settings.
• Experience with Washington State reporting requirements.
• Associate’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate resident care through assessment, planning, and implementation.
• Manage crisis intervention, educational support, and family/youth counseling.
• Coordinate and lead monthly Child and Family Team Meetings (CFTMs).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources and services.
